The project maximizes the built area considering the urban policies and the Chechen tree found at the plot. The result is a volume that concentrates the MEP fixtures as much as possible, to minimize costs and achieve greater efficiency. While proposing a wetland for the wastewater management as a landscaping element at the heart of the project, the views are left to the front and the back garden.
