About this project

program: neotertiary housing & offices, public & energy facilities
surface: 18’804,852 ft²

The project starts with a specific program and a constriction to build up 2’000,000 m2. The morphology (organizing principle that unites the elements of the city) parts from a Platonic geometry of 400m side that seeks to minimize the built footprint and which contains the whole program solved by an asymmetric, compact and interstitial pattern.
