With a clear reference to Cerdà block typology, the masterplan seeks to maximize views to the outside (the Sierra, the Esperanza dam and the city of Guanajuato), while containing the amenities at the center.
Given the conditions of the land, the real value of the property and the concept of the project, the result was a mix of 31 houses in 4 types of approx. 2,454 ft² per residence.
