The site is located to the north of the city of Guanajuato in the development “Real de la Esperanza”. Due to the steepness of the city of Guanajuato, the project answers to the client’s requirements of a house on one level for Grandma.

Hence the house was divided into 2 areas considering: vehicular access for private level and pedestrian access for visits. On the upper level, all the private and family areas are concentrated, maximizing the views towards the city. On the lower level, the social areas are placed with the best view of the Esperanza dam.
