The project proposes to ‘make city’, through a building that arises from a series of concepts: isotropy, interstitiality, the iceberg, fragmentation, intermodality, recycling, interactivity, urban metabolism, and urban intensity.

The result of the masterplan achieves an ‘Urban Loft’ for the city where the mix and intensity of programmatic activities are notorious.

The compact building with a large central 14-story atrium is located in the area of the old country house, respecting the existing green areas and achieving unobstructed views for the hotel rooms.
