The project is the result of three factors:
¬ The program.
An apartment for possible vacation rentals or long stays in GF; and a Loft in 1F, with the possibility of connecting both spaces by the same access.
¬ The conditions.
Loft views towards the treetops and uncrossed views between the two levels. As well as a restricted budget.
¬ The site.
To save all existing trees, to have a better symbiosis with the skin of the Earth, Nature.
